Emotional Healing: remembering how to live joyously (and helping others do the same)

What if healing our emotional pain, as well as changing the way we react to triggers, was a quick and simple thing? Imagine how our lives would be flowing, with no gaping holes in our hearts, no stuck-ness, no “all over again-s”. One, two, three – the wound is gone, and we are like new, free to live again, guided by our best, highest interests!

That sure does sound like magic. Yet today we are not that far from it. Tools that can quickly help us clear away those ghosts of the unwanted past, let go of the persistent mistakes we might have been making repeatedly for the last 10, 30, whatever, years have been known to some therapists for decades.

Especially since the 70s, the tree of psychotherapy has been branching pretty actively. One of the most promising in its efficiency “branches” is that of the various forms of work with our so-called “inner selves.”

I have based my emotional healing work for the most part on one of those forms, called Holodynamics, for many years. In addition to it, I now use the method that is very close, but uses more direct, and simple, energy work – introduced by a contemporary intuitive Christie Marie Sheldon.

I also use skills of a life-coach and NLP practitioner, as well as ways to deal with our recurrent thoughts and emotions that I learned during my Sufi studies that are especially suitable to people on (any) spiritual path.

Together, we will determine what is the best way for you, the way that you would feel comfortable with taking on board. And once again, contrary to what we are mostly lead to believe by the waves of the emotional upheaval that seem to never subside in the world around us, it does not have to take a long time to release the past hurts.

What is very important is that one is willing to do that — willing to release, to let go of holding onto those thorns.

And, I will always aim to give you the tools that you can not only continue using for yourself in a variety of situations, but also use to help others if needed.

Whichever method we decide to go with, it is important to know that when we encounter emotional or mental difficulty our path is always through, not around.

With my help, you will be able to let go of the emotions that lie heavy on your heart, or the thoughts that torment you, but be ready to acknowledge what you feel and/or think.

By trying to avoid our inner “unpleasantness” we only keep it locked in some basement of our psyche, letting it brew and emit all sorts of unhelpful miasmas into our minds (and quite often negatively influence our bodies as well.)

Goal-oriented movement forward: the best tool for having a fulfilling life

and much more fun than it sounds!

You might have been in a position when someone urged you to get a goal, could be in work, or in life. The Western society prises drivenness and fervently chased individual achievements, and without having some sort of objective we can begin to feel like we don’t belong.

And yes, it is true that it is important to have a goal, if simply because otherwise we are giving ourselves to the mercy of the life streams initiated by someone else. Having a purpose also gives our life a meaning. Attaining what we decided to go for improves our self-esteem, gives us that wonderful feeling of I-CAN-ness, and makes us generally feel that life is worth living.

The thing is, we often end up pursuing goals the choice of which was influenced by what we were taught, often when we were still young children, about what is important, what success means, or even simply by what our peers are doing. And we might set to move towards something that is not genuinely ours.

The inevitable result is that we end up unhappy. It is good if the goal was a short-time one and we can still change our course. But if it was something that we have been aiming at for decades, it becomes truly painful to discover that what we expected to become our crowning achievement turned into a heavy boulder we find ourselves under.

To avoid such a fate, and also to live our life with most authenticity and with the deeply felt and lasting enjoyment, we need to choose our goals in alignment with the deep truth of our being.

While this might sound a bit abstract, the way to do it is not complicated and can bring a wonderfully reviving change to one’s life. Teaching people how to get a true goal, how to reach it, and what to do next is one of the most joyous and satisfying parts of my work.

Whether you know what you want but are not sure you are “ready” for it, or can’t decide between going right or going left, or even find yourself completely goal-less, I might be able to lend my expertise to support you.

We will look at what is best for you, check whether the aim you are about to set for yourself is timely and is going to be beneficial in the long run, clear away any resistance, and get you starting on the journey.

And by the way: don’t fall into despair when feeling lost and having your life devoid of purpose. There are very accessible Sufi techniques that can help you get out of the no-way-land and start living this life with more gusto and energy.

Spiritual Coaching: a way to more light and ease

Life becomes remarkably better when we begin to live our days in alignment with the “part” of us that seems to know the truth about things, people, situations. That “part” also possesses knowledge of our own strengths and weaknesses, our wishes and deepest heart desires. And furthermore, it holds the memory of the “place” that is our true home, finding which is usually considered to be the goal of all spiritual paths.

Whether we perceive that side of us to be our inner voice, our intuition, our “Higher Self,” or an “externally” situated being of light doesn’t really matter, the results for the most part are the same.

We are happier, things become easier, our life starts to flow, and at some point we begin to feel truly supported and even carried by the stream of a benevolent and powerful force. It might take some time to develop trust in, and love for, that “helping hand’ but it is definitely worth it!

If you feel that you are ready to develop a deeper, more intimate relationship with Life, the Universe, God, the Source — whatever name you prefer to give it, get in touch and perhaps I could offer you some helpful pointers and support on what I myself consider to be the most important, and the most delightful, journey a human being can make.
